Can I upload my own artwork instead of using your templates?
Yes, the following are the procedures of uploading your own artwork.
1.) Choose a job category
2.) Choose the style "Blank"
3.) Use "image upload" tool in the tool bar to load your artwork from your computer.
4.) Set your upload artwork as a background image.
(PS: when uploading your own artwork, make sure you are using the bleed size (1/8 inch on each side).
For example: a Sports Card finish size is 2.5 x 3.5 inch, your artwork size should be 2.75 x 3.75 inch)

What file format do you support for picture and artwork upload?
SitePrint eDesign Studio now supports .JPEG .TIF .EPS .GIF and .PNG
For pictures, we highly recommend using .JPEG or .TIF file (with RGB color mode)
For line arts (ex: logos), we recommend using EPS file (with CMYK color mode)

Can I upload a scanned picture?
Yes, you can use your scanner to scan the picture for upload. Here is a recommendation when scanning:
1.) Scan the picture at 300 DPI
2.) Save as JPEG file

Why my online preview resolution looks low and the background is not knock out in my EPS files?
This is because SitePrint eDesign Studio can only read the thumbnail preview generated from your local program. (For example, in Adobe Illustrator, the EPS preview is generated at 8-bit color).
However, the preview quality will NOT effect the final print quality. When printing, eDesign Studio will use the original file you upload instead of using the preview file.
